S. Madhavan (Promoter Director & CEO)
Madhavan co-founded GQuotient in 2008-09 to drive Green Business Strategies using IT as a lever. He is an industry veteran with leadership positions at DCM Data Products, TVS Electronics and Digital Equipment India. He is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully created and nurtured 2 start-ups, prior to this venture. Madhavan founded a start-up in the area of Network Education and Systems Integration under the brand NetLabs. He co-founded Servion Global Solutions (Servion), a leading software company in the unified communications and customer interaction business.

He has diverse professional experience and he has widely travelled to develop business and has a strong professional network in the technology industry. He continues to serve on the board of Servion as a non-executive Director. Madhavan holds Engineering Degree from Anna University and Masters Degree in Management from BITS, Pilani.

Baskar Subramanian (Promoter Director)
Baskar is the brain behind GQuotient, as a founder. Prior to GQuotient, he founded Servion Global Solutions, a leading software company in the unified communications, telecommunications and customer interaction business and is currently its Vice Chairman. Baskar was also a resident visitor at AT&T Bell Labs in the Business Communications division.

He has extensive experience in Communications engineering besides business development and software engineering. Baskar is an Engineering graduate from NIT Trichy, India with a M.S in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Austin.

Dr. Jikku Venkat (Promoter)
Dr. Jikku Venkat is part of the founding team at GQuotient and is the technology face of the organization. Jikku brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry in a unique mix of roles in research, product development, and executive positions. His primary areas of expertise are in Cloud Computing, Data Center Virtualization / Automation, Thin Clients, Grid Computing and High-Performance Computing. Jikku co-founded United Devices, a company that was a recognized industry leader in Grid Computing and Data Center Virtualization. Prior to joining United Devices, he set the technical strategy for the office of the CTO at Dell Inc.;

Dr. Venkat worked at IBM for 8 years where he was an architect/consultant on PowerPC platform development and strategy. Jikku is widely regarded as an industry thought leader and has spoken at numerous conferences on grid computing, cloud computing and its applications, and was voted Austin Technologist of Year in 2002. Jikku holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and B.E (Honors) from NIT Trichy.

Mr. Rajaa Vaidyanathan (Independent Director)
Mr. Rajaa Vaidyanathan is a successful entrepreneur and a seasoned professional in the Indian industry. Rajaa was the Managing Director at Media Dream, Chennai and served as the President of Reliance Retail for 5 years. He is the founder –Chairman at Asirvad Micro-finance Pvt Ltd., and also an angel investor. He is a nominee Director of Valarum Investments Limited at GQuotient. Mr. Rajaa has engineering degree from IIT, Madras and Management Degree from IIM, Calcutta.
